Provide commissioning services for the Antelope Valley Solar Ranch project. AVSR1 is a 230-meagwatt solar photovoltaic (PV) project  in Lancaster, CA. Services include testing and calibrating solar tracking systems, solar modules, control panels, and meteorological stations using various types of test equipment and Scada Systems. Troubleshoot network issues  between the PLC's, field devices, and Scada system. Prepare detailed reports of findings.

Developed project and CAD standards for the Los Angeles Wastewater Integrated Network System  (LAWINS) Project, for the Distributed Control System (DCS) replacement. Develop  P&ID and Loop drawing standards. Working with Honeywell engineering staff and the

City of LA Project Management Office to create P&ID and Loop drawings using existing drawings, process control narratives, and I/O lists.

As consultant, provided engineering services to the City of San Diego and private engineering firms. Services included CAD drafting/design and CAD drawing conversions.

Create P&ID and loop drawings from existing drawings, construction documents, process control narratives and I/O lists. Created as-built drawings of industrial facilities including floor plans and elevations. Produced as-built drawings of Industrial Control Panels (ICP’s) and electrical sub-components. Created AutoCAD part libraries of mechanical and electrical components for system wide use.
